Managed Server를 기동 및 정지 시키는 방법으로는 세가지 방법이 있는것으로 보인다.

- MS 정지 ( * BASE PORT 로 정지해야함)

BASE PORT는 9936 , http-server PORT는 8088, jms-internal PORT 9741 입니다.
